What do you do when you are not feeling right? Everyone has a different way to work through this. Shopping, running, screaming at the top of your lungs, working out, reading, talking about it with someone, dancing, music…. the list goes on and on. I like listening to music and going for a walk. It works like magic for me. I feel it is very important for me that I take extra care, pamper myself during my rough times. And I do that for anyone. When I come to know that someone’s having a difficult day, I try to pamper them. Take special care of them in whatever way I can. And I find that coming back to me. People do that for me as well. That’s such a beautiful feeling. When the people around you care for you, you feel loved and cared for. That does wonders for your mental and emotional well-being. Let’s build a community where we take care of each other and start a happiness pandemic. That way wherever we are in the world, we will be spreading positivity into the universe. Cheers!!!!
