Happiness is a state of mind that we have heard about many times, but how do we get to that state? While we can do many things to take care of our mental wellbeing, what about true happiness? We often get overwhelmed by the challenges and issues we face, making it difficult to be truly happy. So, how can we elevate our state of mind to one of happiness?

When we are with a group of friends or close family members, we often feel happy and secure. Not only are our pains and sorrows moderated, but we also get solutions to our issues. Let us bring back the power of sharing and caring, and revive the idea of creating happiness together. After all, the golden rule of happiness is that “the more you make others happy, the happier you will be.”
